Jill was an owned pet that was surrendered to the Bulacan Shelter. She was thin and had skin problems upon handover. After just 6 months of rehabilitation, she is now healthy and happy and is ready for her furever home!

NOTE: You will be required to fill out a separate Adoption Application Form. We also have a P1000 Adoption Fee that will serve as a donation to the Organization.
